This is a set of mods that will make it considerably easier to get specific types of items from grambling or monster drops.  Each one is in its own folder, all you need to do is open the shortcuts from this folder.

All unique items are now level 1 items
any number of the same unique item may spawn per game
all sets and set items are now level 1
all magical modifiers can spawn starting at level 1, and have no max level

includes a vbs to launch the mod, click yes to both options, you may need to change the shortcut properties for the shortcut in this folder for the shortcut to work properly
